Today the capacity building activities conducted our college. Sudheeran K the principal of govt. Girls Higher secondary school , Mithirmala is lead the class . He gave the advices about the stress management. Two types of stress will teach us. How to reduce stress, that will taught the class. Very interesting class is sudheeran sir class. At 1 pm the class will concluded. And vote of thanks will given by Abin.
