First day of School Induction programme

Today ( 14/09/2023) the first day of school induction programme. We are arrived in the Govt. VHSS Pirappancode School at 8.30 am as the part of School Induction programme. Firstly we met the principal ( Anwar sir) handover the induction letter and our attendant register. And the Office Staff ( shibu ) was take us in the Staffroom. At 9 o'clock we entered the Staffroom and we interact with teachers. The teachers are very cooperative, and friendly in nature. After sometime we took some of the pictures of school buildings and school compound with the permission of principal. At 10 am we entered the classroom for observation.The subject taken the class was ED (Enterpreneurship Development). who taken by class is sharanya ma'am, students very attentive and cooperative with the teacher. The class will completed at 11:00 a.m. After the class observation we again went to take the some pictures of school. We met the Principal after the lunch break to collect the history of school and some records of teaching and non teaching staff. We left school at 4:30 p.m.

Today our college conducted a SUPW program for the first years included in the curriculum. We were asked to create things useful for society and environment. The time allotted to complete the work was three hours. I created an craft work using paper and cup . The other things made by the students include warley art, fabric painting 🎨, doll🪆 making, bird 🐦 nest , embroidery 🪡 bangle holder , bottle 🍾 art 🎨, wall hangings, paper 📜 bags 🛍️ etc. Our works were exhibited department wise and the teachers evaluated our creations.

sports day celebration ⛹️🎾🏀🏑

Today we celebrated our sports day at college. We began with a small assembly in which Naseer sir gave the inaugural speech and handed the torch light to the oldest boy and girl among us. The days activities were divided into two: the morning session for outdoor games and afternoon session for indoor games .The first event was short put for girls .Second event was 1000 mtr walking for boys . Third event was 500 mtr walking for girls followed by short put for boys . Then we had 50 mtr running for both boys and girls followed by 100 mtr race and discus throw for boys . Winners were given prize after each event by our beloved teachers. Refreshments were provided by our refreshment committee. Each and every one of the students displayed good sportsman spirit and gave their best in each event. After our lunch break we began the indoor games.
