oath ceremony
Today after the assembly the college conducted oath for the all union members. The section conducted by naseer sir. After their oath, principal asked about them.
ENGLISH DEPARTMENT SECOND ASSEMBLY
Today the English department conducted second assembly. The theme was based on the International day for elimination of violence against women. They began the program with a prayer. Shilpa did the anchoring. The pledge was administered by Adeena. Thought for the day was given by Anusree, the thought was " If we are to fight discrimination and injustice against women we must start from the home for if a woman cannot be safe in her own house then she cannot be expected to feel safe anywhere". The new word was given by Parvathy, the word was 'Diatribe' meaning" a forceful and bitter verbal attack against someone or something". The news updates headlines were read by Karthika N.Jusna presented a moral story. Aparna presented a speech on International day for elimination of violence against women, followed by a quizz session conducted by Reshma and Varsha. Book review was done by Muhsina.
